How much is the most expensive home in Arizona worth?


Up until a few days ago, the answer was $24.5 million. But as we’ve seen time and time again in the world of luxury real estate, trophy listings and multimillion-dollar price tags are anything but set in stone.

Case in point being this newly listed desert compound in North Scottsdale, which, at $32 million, is far and away the most expensive property offered for sale in The Grand Canyon State.


Owned by Bancorp Services co-founder Seth Koppes, Arizona’s ritziest property combines modern convenience and stunning mountain views on 17 acres in one of Scottsdale’s most exclusive enclaves. The trophy home was built in 2005 and more than justifies its lofty price tag with a 29,700-square-foot floor plan, eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
